I am a seasoned real estate and mortgage professional who specializes in helping clients finance dream properties in Western North Carolina. With over 21 years of experience in the mortgage industry as Director of Operations - overseeing a Mortgage Lender that originated 30,000+ mortgages in 21 years – I have a profound understanding of mortgage financing programs and strategies. I bring invaluable insights into Construction to Perm financing, Renovation Programs, and other unique financing scenarios. With a background in buying, selling, flipping, and investing in properties, my experience and knowledge of Real Estate in the Smoky Mountains runs deep.
While working the corporate grind, my family spent over two decades escaping from Central Florida to the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina and Northern Georgia. In 2020, our family fell in love with Whitewater kayaking and rafting and we purchased a vacation home on Fontana Lake. It didn’t take long before we were enchanted with the natural beauty and peace and tranquility of Western North Carolina and the relaxed lifestyle and opportunities for adventure the area has to offer. We made Fontana Lake our home and live here full time now, dedicating our experience to helping others find the same peace and fulfillment.
In my free time, I love exploring the outdoors in Western North Carolina, cooking, entertaining at my Fontana Lake home, and sharing my insights on local culture andcommunity.
