A little bit about me...
As a North Carolina native, and life-long visitor of these beautiful mountains, my love of adventure, nature, and this fun-loving community led me to call Bryson City home. My heart for this town and surrounding area, as well as my enthusiasm for sharing all that WNC has to offer, has made real estate a natural fit for me.
I enjoy being a realtor even more than I could have imagined. Meeting new people, sharing this place and being able to offer my expertise and care during the process of my clients buying or selling their property is incredibly rewarding. Having managed a premier vacation rental company and my personal vacation rental in the area has awarded me exceptional knowledge of mountain living, a deep understanding of the needs of discerning homeowners and visitors alike and fostered relationships with people throughout the community that are sure to be an asset to any client.
Whether you are looking to relocate, find a second home, invest in vacation rental property or find a fixer upper with tons of potential, I will be dedicated to helping you along the way, With passion, insight and mindful listening, clients notice & appreciate my approachable style and ability to transform their mountain dreams into memories. When I am not showing property, signing contracts, or offering visiting friends a thoughtfully curated tour, you might find me renovating a home, enjoying gorgeous trails with my dog, Lola, or soaking up nature on Fontana Lake and the surrounding area.
I look forward to working with you to make your mountain dreams come true!

"Adam helped us find a great piece of property in Waynesville that had everything we wanted. A small amount of land in a neighborhood that still feels private and secluded, but you can run to the grocery store in a few minutes, great views, and a creek running through the property. Adam listened to our needs, advised us on each opportunity with his experienced and knowledgeable expertise. He was always available to quickly…
"Parker is an absolute top-notch person. Having been in real estate for over 40 years, on all sides - Broker, investor, agent, lender, etc., I have not found a superior agent even when handling multi-million-dollar transactions. Her integrity and work ethic leave nothing to be desired. Even superior service after the closing. Parker Kristi is a rare jewel of real estate agents."
